SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING: 

We only ship Monday through Thursday. This so your temperature sensitive items will not sit on hot truck or trailer over weekend.

Current processing time on orders is typically 7-10 business days.  This excludes holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee USPS shipping times and it is not included in the processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email or SMS. Kulture Designed Co. is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.

Just a reminder its important to pay attention to tracking so that your package doesn’t set on their doorstep in the sun. You may even consider having it delivered to a work address.

RETURNS: 

Due to the nature of this product. At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If your item is damaged, please provide us with an image of the broken item. If you have an issue, please contact us for help.

LOST PACKAGE

If your package is lost, please contact your local post office. If they cannot locate the package, reach out to us via support@kulturedesignedco.com.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will reship the package but at the expense of the buyer.
